Along with several fixes and improvements to single-player and multiplayer modes the new update introduces Aston Martin which makes its debut in AMS2 with four new cars, including the formidable Valkyrie hypercar. All of these cars are part of the newly released Endurance Pack Pt3.This release also includes the Nürburgring 2025 a brand-new version of the infamous Green Hell featuring the Grand Prix and Nordschleife layouts as well as other variations.

As is tradition with AMS2 the new DLCs will have a free trial period to give all users a chance to experience them and decide if they are worth purchasing. By Friday August 1 they will be restricted to those who own the respective packages so check them out soon.Users who encounter issues with V1.6.6 or who have a league race tonight can remain on V1.6.5.2 by right-clicking AMS2 in the Steam library, selecting Properties then Beta.

- One case of a session getting stuck at the end of qualifying or practice in an MP session has been fixed.
- The packet transfer that occurs during host migration and at the end of MP sessions has been optimized to reduce the chances of mass disconnections or lag.
- AI cars can no longer use the same pit box and garage as the player in single-player mode.
